If there’s one thing I’ve learned since beginning my journey in the intimacy industry in 2012, it’s this:

When I first started helping women and couples, I quickly realized I wasn’t just selling products—I was helping people rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships, and have conversations they never thought they could have. Watching someone smile because they finally found relief, rekindled their spark, or felt beautiful again reminded me why I fell in love with this business.

That passion became The Carmen Formula.

Today, my mission is to educate, empower, and encourage women and couples to embrace intimacy as an important part of their overall wellness. Whether you’re navigating menopause, looking to reconnect with your partner, exploring self-care, or simply wanting to feel like the best version of yourself, you deserve a safe, judgment-free place where your questions are welcomed and your goals matter.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me spending time with the people and pets I love most. I’m the proud mom of one beautiful daughter and a devoted fur mama to four spoiled fur babies who fill my home with unconditional love and plenty of entertainment.

I believe intimacy starts long before the bedroom. It begins with confidence, communication, self-love, and giving yourself permission to prioritize your own happiness.
